Sales to me is about what I have to give, not what I stand to gain. Because of this, most of my work comes from referrals or repeat business. I don't buy leads. I only work with those who choose to work with me.
I don't believe in forcing anyone into this space because you need to be mentally and emotionally prepared to buy or sell property. It is one of the most important events in your life and also one of the most stressful.
